We are looking for an Experienced Salesforce Administrator who is self-driven and craving for opportunities to work in different industries and Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups

  • User support tickets

  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders

  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): custom fields, Process Builder, page layouts, lightning pages, record types, reports, and dashboards

  • Preparing and handling data imports through familiar use of Dataloader and proficient with Excel 

  • Manage and organize a variety of tasks from different clients with varying deadlines

  • Professional email inbox management 

  • Learning and implementing new Salesforce products

  • Creating tailored training materials 


Qualifications and Background


  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with 2+ Years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, Trailhead Badges, Super Badges

  • Ambitious, proactive and willing to learn and grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment

  • Time management, working with timelines and deadlines 

  • Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs

  • Problem Solving: uses an organized and logical approach to find solutions to complex problems.




  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements

  • A desire to implement best practice solutions

  • Available and responsive to questions

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Training users and creating training materials

  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development
