Responsibilities for the role include:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the business

Schedule meetings and support clients as needed

Assigning project tasks to appropriate team members

Event planning and Teambuilding events

Organize quarterly planning sessions
-
Inbox Management for executive members
-
Expense Management
-
Contract Management
-
Assist with invoicing
-
Calendar management for the executive team
-
Document management
-
Emergency inbox ownership and management
-
Reporting (Asana, Everhour, Salesforce)

Internal process improvements
-
Work directly with executive team

This is primarily a remote position

Qualifications and Background
​
Desirable:

Undergraduate education
-
Some experience working as an administrative assistant / clerical role

Experience using business language

Experience working in an office environment
